Trail running – Puhoi Track – the best trail running training trail in Auckland


Puhoi Track is a 5km one way mountain track with good track condition and bush tree sheltering. I recommend it the best trail running training trail in Auckland. You can run one return 10km, or two or three returns 30km depends on your ability, leaving your water and food in car. There are all facilities you may need, toilet, changing room, outdoor shower, huge car park, cafes and takeaways etc. You can run while your family walk around and enjoy the beautiful Puhoi!
