Long Bay Regional Park Coastal Walk

Please go to Long Bay Coastal Track in Auckland for the new Long Bay Coastal Track 2015.
Coastal Walk in Long Bay Regional Park starts from northern end of the famous Long Bay Beach until Okura River. Recommend starting from the Nature Trail (Yellow sign) which take you through the beautiful birds paradise wetland and native forest. Out of this short 0.8km Nature Trail, continue the Coastal Walk to Granny’s Bay and then Pohutakawa Bay. When you reach the end of the Walk on the Okura River beach, make return go back or if you are 200% sure you understand and know the low tide and high tide time, you may go further than this point to discover more. If you do so, keep your feet on coast as the lands are all private!

Car Park: Set “1043 Beach Rd, Long Bay, Auckland” in your GPS. Just about 30 minutes drive from Auckland city center. Park your car at end of the park driveway where a gate stops you and a toilet serves there.
Public Toilet: Yes
Weather: Check Weather before you go! Check Long Bay Tide time before you go!
